What you need is a copy of your windows 7 on DVD or USB Drive with windows 7 system then enter a simple command line to reset or change your password.
Here's how to reset your windows 7 password:
1. Boot your computer using your windows 7 installation disk. Refer to your BIOS if you haven't change your boot priority to CD/DVD or Removable (if USB windows 7). Some system will enable you select boot priority during startup. Please check function keys F1 to F12.
2. On the next screen that appear select "Repair your computer" option. Please refer to the screenshot below.
3. Next click on Command prompt option as shown in the screenshot below.
4. In the command prompt line, type the following command:
copy c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe c:\
press ENTER button (do not type this) - THEN type next line below
copy c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe
5. Reboot your computer without the DVD or USB. Just do a normal boot.
6. When you get to the Login screen window, press the SHIFT button 5 times to activate the administrator command prompt. See screenshot below.
7. Next just type the simple command line but replace USERNAME. Please replace USERNAME with current user whose password is to be reset. Type your new password (without space) in the TheNewPassword.
net user USERNAME TheNewPassword
